Now Hiring Maintenance Technicians What You'll Be Doing Join Morgan Properties as a Maintenance Service Technician supporting our Fox Run and Huntley Glen apartment communities in Bear, Delaware. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues
Diagnose and service split-system heat pumps and other residential mechanical systems
Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents
Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards
Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule supporting
Fox Run Compensation & Incentives:
Base Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Up to 50% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
Morgan Essentials:
$300 quarterly
On-Call Appreciation:
$15/day for holding the on-call phone

Hours & Schedule:
Monday -
Friday:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Rotating paid on-call participation required Must be available to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance needs
Schedule subject to change based on business needs
What We'll Expect From You:
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance
EPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferred
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry
Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment #AC5307 If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
