(302) 324-9400 We are currently seeking experienced, dependable, and hard-working residential Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure that vacated units are thoroughly restored to 'market ready' condition in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards.
- Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist
- Perform duties to restore units to 'market-ready' status to include but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc.
- Assist with the quality control inspections as needed
- Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed
- Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.
- Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments.
Job Requirements Requirements:
- Minimum three years of related experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
- Ability to understand and follow direction
- Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Own hand tools
- Requires standing and walking.
- Requires frequent operation of maintenance equipment, such as tools, cleaning equipment, etc.
- Frequent stretching and / or bending to access equipment, objects in need of repair, etc.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
