Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced, dependable, and hard-working residential Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure that vacated units are thoroughly restored to 'market ready' condition in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards. Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist Perform duties to restore units to 'market-ready' status to include but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc. Assist with the quality control inspections as needed Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed. Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments.
Requirements:
Minimum three years of related experience Valid Driver's License Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls Self-starter with ability to work independently Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards Ability to understand and follow direction Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties Ability to communicate effectively Own hand tools Requires standing and walking. Requires frequent operation of maintenance equipment, such as tools, cleaning equipment, etc. Frequent stretching and / or bending to access equipment, objects in need of repair, etc. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
