Responsibilities Install Vinyl Graphics and Wrap Vehicles Follows a proof to place computer-generated vinyl or full color graphic images on a pre-determined substrate or medium Familiar with operating a Large Format Printer, A Vinyl Plotter and laminator Some exposure to design programs Prepares substrates for application, which may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates for vinyl application Weeds excess vinyl from computer cut images Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post-production Performs finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed pieces Helps unload raw materials and cleans and maintains storage areas Works on different projects simultaneously Performs routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary Installs signs and graphics off site Maintain a tidy shop/workspace Must have a positive, proactive attitude and be able to work as a team or individually. Follows all company policies, procedures. Typical Physical Demands Ability to sit, stand, and kneel for long periods of time. Ability to lift 50 or more pounds. Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to use light power equipment. Ability to work on ladders. Ability to remove lights, trim, and mirrors from vehicles. Must have a valid drivers' license
