Maintenance Technician - Student Housing (Immediate Opening)
Now Hiring:
Full-Time Maintenance Technician We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Maintenance Technicians to join our team at a newly constructed luxury student housing community. Responsibilities Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance throughout the property Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, doors, locks, and other building systems Prepare apartments for new residents, including inspections and unit turns Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, amenities, and exterior grounds Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed Work with vendors and contractors when necessary Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards Qualifications Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and appliance repair Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work, including climbing stairs and ladders What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Paid holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Stable, full-time employment Hiring Immediately!
