Full-Time Join the Air Temp Solutions Team! Air Temp Solutions is looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Supervisor to lead our installation team while remaining hands-on in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong background in residential HVAC installations and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. We're looking for a working supervisor—someone who can manage crews, ensure quality workmanship, and jump in to complete installations when needed. Responsibilities Supervise and lead residential HVAC installation crews. Perform HVAC system installations as needed. Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes. Schedule and coordinate installation jobs with the office and customers. Train, mentor, and develop installation technicians. Perform quality control inspections and resolve installation issues. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Communicate professionally with customers to ensure an outstanding experience. Qualifications 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience. Previous leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems. EPA Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
