Dominium Management Services, LLC seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to support our affordable and market-rate apartment communities. In this on-site role, you'll perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems, respond to resident service requests, and help with unit turns. You'll ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while collaborating with a resident-focused team dedicated to integrity, accountability, and improving the communities we serve. Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency repairs in apartments and common areas (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry). Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. Respond promptly to resident service requests and document work performed. Inspect property regularly to identify safety, maintenance, and cleanliness issues. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs as needed. Maintain maintenance shop, tools, and inventory in safe, organized condition. Follow company safety policies and building codes at all times. Support property management team in unit turns, renovations, and capital projects.
