What you'll do: Must be able to safely operate forklifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts as required to complete task Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and work orders on equipment/facility as assigned Ability to efficiently troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems in a breakdown situation. Fabricate projects from steel, wood, plastic, and other substrates using required tools. Must be able to lubricate equipment as required per the manufacture's specifications Complete projects as assigned and deliver a quality project that is safe, clean, and functional per project requirements Accurately complete forms as required for work orders, preventative maintenance, and maintenance logs. Accurately input required data into computer maintenance management systems as required for work orders, preventative maintenance, and projects What you'll need to have: 3 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance position Must have CNC experience Must have a valid driver's license Ability to safely operate forklifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts as required Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic trouble shooting Ability to read/interpret mechanical drawings, pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, and parts specifications Experts understand and knowledge of maintenance hand tools metric and standard Must be able to use a MiG welder, stick welder and cutting torch safely and effectively Ability to operate table saw safely and accurately, miter saw, drills, drill press, grinders and other general shop tools General knowledge of different voltages and ability to test for current, - 24VDV, 110 VAC, 480 VAC (60hz) Understanding of lubricants and their applications Accurately input required data into computer maintenance management systems as required for work orders, preventative maintenance, and projects Motivated and willing to "Get Involved"
