This hands-on role is perfect for a mechanically inclined problem-solver who can maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, tools, and facility systems. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair manufacturing machinery, production tools, and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues. Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime. Handle basic carpentry, welding, fabrication, and building repairs. Set up, move, and install shop equipment as needed. Respond quickly to urgent production maintenance needs. Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial, facilities, or multi-craft maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with power tools, pneumatic systems, and basic welding. Ability to read equipment manuals and diagrams. Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in a manufacturing environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Requirements Must pass a background check and drug test.
