Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and team-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our facility. This role works directly with the Maintenance Manager and plays a key part in keeping the property safe, clean, and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Work directly with the Maintenance Manager on daily tasks, projects, and priorities Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders Assist with preventative maintenance and routine inspections Support general property upkeep, including cleaning, power washing, and maintaining common areas Assist with stocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and keeping maintenance spaces clean Help coordinate and support outside vendors when needed Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred Prior painting experience preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Strong work ethic and ability to be a team player Willingness to assist with both maintenance and general labor/cleaning tasks as needed Ability to work independently while also taking direction from the Maintenance Manager Good communication and problem-solving skills Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods

Schedule:

40 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday Flexible schedule; occasional evenings or weekends may be required

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver's license (if applicable) Reliable transportation

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
