Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of building systems and equipment. Your expertise will help create a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for all occupants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic setting while contributing to the seamless operation of our facilities. Responsibilities Part-time position assisting customers and upkeep of property. Responsible for all maintenance and cleaning inside and outside of property. Work schedule that includes weekdays and weekends.

In person Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in building interior maintenance and facilities upkeep. Proficiency in electrical work including troubleshooting electrical issues using schematics and electrical testing tools like ohmmeters. Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques. Knowledge of HVAC systems including repair, troubleshooting, and routine servicing. Skilled in carpentry, painting (including residential painting), welding, and general handyman tasks. Familiarity with schematics for electrical systems and mechanical components essential for effective troubleshooting. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes to manage supplies efficiently. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Supervising experience or leadership skills to oversee team members or contractors during projects. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and customer interactions.
