Job Description

Summary:
Assists Operations Manager in directing housekeepers, inspectors and assists in managing the completion of all housekeeping/maintenance activities for condos and homes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversees housekeepers, housekeeping companies and maintenance
Responsibilities and Duties Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates results in all areas of responsibilities including
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Assists in directing internal and external activities for housekeepers, maintenance technicians and vendors
  • Successfully builds relationships at all levels of the client, customer and BBG organizations. Specifically cultivates relationships with owners.
  • Completes all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the company policies and procedures on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadlines.
  • Ensures that any financial expenditure is approved by owners prior to initiation of work or purchase.
  • Ensure all units are free of maintenance issues and ready to rent
  • Establish and maintain relationships with any/all vendors needed to complete housekeeping assignments, maintenance issues and work orders
  • Assure all housekeeping/cleaning schedules are communicated consistently and effectively to all cleaning vendors
  • Communicate with owners regarding maintenance items and thoroughly document in VRM software the cost and approval of such communication
  • Perform deep cleans during "deep clean season
  • Perform annual inspections of required inventory and suggested improvements that may detour renters
  • Standard is that every unit is clean, on time, with no guest complaints
  • All unit inventories complete upon acceptance of unit into BBG program
  • Maintain appropriate level of all housekeeping materials and supplies
  • Insure that all regular maintenance is scheduled and performed
  • Ensure all a/c filters, light bulbs, and batteries are changed as scheduled
  • Ensure that all maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner and cleared in the VRM system
  • Maintain appropriate level of all maintenance materials and supplies
  • Coordinate Installation of all KABA and other locks as required by resorts/owners
  • Maintain locks per warranty instructions
  • Liaison with HOA or owner to acquire residence keys, linens and pertinent information about the residence
Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience:
One (1) year of Rental Management experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally, and in writing. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from owners, guests, team members and Direct Supervisor.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts related to billings, proposal bids and work orders.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
