- Club Lake Pointe.
- Perform apartment maintenance tasks, including maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing or replacing items such as: o Plumbing o Electrical o Appliances o Air conditioning
- Assist with the preparation of vacant apartments for occupancy and helping with apartment turnover in general.
- Participate in community maintenance duties, including building maintenance, preventative maintenance, service request completion, groundskeeping, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Perform apartment maintenance tasks, including maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing or replacing items such as: o Plumbing o Electrical o Appliances o Air conditioning
- Assist with the preparation of vacant apartments for occupancy and helping with apartment turnover in general.
- Participate in community maintenance duties, including building maintenance, preventative maintenance, service request completion, groundskeeping, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one to two years of related maintenance experience and/or training.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a positive manner with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
- Capable of frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, occasionally moving or maneuvering up to 100 pounds.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work. [For Florida, Must have valid driver's license.]
- Must provide and use their own hand tools to perform duties required unless otherwise specified by the property.
- Effective problem solving and time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Team player attitude
- Able to respond to emergency calls after scheduled work hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Job Type:
Full-time (8-hour shift, 40 hours per week with occasional overtime)Compensation:
$20.00- $21.
