In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and repair of (but not limited to) mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all building occupants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the seamless functioning of our infrastructure. Responsibilities Bi-Lingual - English/Spanish Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all work orders, for example: HVAC systems, refrigeration units, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, all related maintenance requests ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair all requests. Based on your knowledge, provide feedback and share best practices. Conduct equipment troubleshooting to identify issues quickly and implement effective repairs using hand tools and specialized diagnostic equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system performance logs for compliance and future reference. Professional verbal and written communication is a must! Collaborate with contractors, co-workers or vendors for complex repairs or system upgrades requiring specialized expertise or certifications. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations including EPA certifications for refrigerant handling. Experience US Citizen. Minimum of 1 year experience

Ability to lift up to 25lbs without assistance. Prior experience working with HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment
REQUIRED.
Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on HVAC systems. Construction experience is highly desirable to understand building infrastructure and systems integration. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing mechanical systems such as boilers and appliances. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, building automation systems, electrical diagnostics, and plumbing is essential. Ability to operate hand tools effectively and perform equipment troubleshooting efficiently. Valid driver's license. Team work and professional mentality. Willing to take extra steps to fix correctly.
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
