Role Description This is a full-time position for experienced pipeliners and fence installers located in Fellsmere, FL. In this position, team members install and repair pipelines and fencing systems, including measuring, cutting, and assembling pipe and fence materials according to project specifications. Daily tasks include preparing job sites, operating hand and power tools, performing basic welding tasks where required, and ensuring all installations meet safety, quality, and structural standards. The role involves reading and interpreting drawings or work orders, loading and unloading materials, and collaborating with crew members to complete projects efficiently. Team members are expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow company and regulatory safety procedures, and interact professionally with customers and supervisors. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills related to pipe handling and installation, including working with various types of pipe and basic pipeline assembly. Candidates should possess pipefitting skills for measuring, cutting, threading, and joining pipe according to specifications and project requirements. Candidates should possess welding skills, with experience in general welding and TIG welding for structural and pipeline applications. Candidates should possess familiarity with steam-related systems and the safe handling of pressurized piping environments, where applicable. Experience in fence installation, construction, or related trades such as plumbing or industrial piping is highly beneficial. Ability to read and follow plans or instructions, use hand and power tools safely, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety practices, and reliability in meeting project deadlines. MUST be able to pass a background check and DOT pre-employment drug screening. MUST be able to work out of town for upwards of 3 weeks at a time. Per diem and hotel is paid when working out of town.
