Position is responsible for performing various building maintenance repairs, upgrades and service items. Also responsible for completing light grounds work including trash disposal and curb sweeping. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently. Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in order to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required by various job duties. Responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interaction. Must read, write and speak English. Prior general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed is required.
