In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs with precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Duties Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems including HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances. Conduct appliance repair and installation to ensure all equipment functions efficiently and safely. Read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Maintain HVAC & appliance technology by calibrating systems, replacing parts, and upgrading components as needed. Operate company vehicles for on-site repairs or equipment transport while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tasks to support ongoing facility needs. Lead or assist in training team members on equipment repair techniques and safety procedures when required. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC system repair, or refrigeration. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in commercial or industrial settings. Knowledge of
HVAC & HVAC/R
(Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems including air conditioning units. Skilled in kitchen equipment maintenance and appliance installation processes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
