Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Pool Service Repair Technician and become a vital part of ensuring sparkling, well-maintained pools for our valued clients. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain pool equipment and systems, delivering top-notch service that keeps pools safe, functional, and inviting. Your expertise will help elevate the customer experience by providing reliable repairs and preventative maintenance with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems to identify issues quickly and accurately Perform repairs on mechanical components using hand tools and power tools to restore optimal operation Conduct routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking chemical levels, and inspecting plumbing systems to ensure pools are safe and clean Replace or repair faulty parts, including motors, valves, gauges, and other mechanical components Maintain detailed service records of repairs performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance Communicate clearly with clients about repair needs, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures Follow safety protocols diligently during all repair and maintenance activities to ensure a secure work environment Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently Experience with equipment repair and troubleshooting in a pool or related setting Proficiency in pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, and system inspections Skilled in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, as well as power tools for repairs Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks reliably and independently Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs and preventative care
