Your Role:

Troubleshoot and repair: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, and latches Perform carpentry, pavement repair, and light woodworking Handle janitorial work, groundskeeping, and snow removal Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance Travel between multiple locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of maintenance or related trade experience Power tool knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license/insurance and ability to travel between stores Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, standing) Why Choose StorageMart?
