Job Description

Indian Creek Country Club is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician skilled in carpentry and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple maintenance disciplines, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Employee must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees. Installs and replaces dry wall, tile, grout and wall patches.
INTELLECTUAL DEMANDS
Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and painting. Accessible and attentive to members at all times. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; managing priorities while remaining flexible and responsive. Attentive to details, with strong organizational skills. Works cooperatively and proactively with others in a small team environment.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Exposure to maintenance-related chemicals, equipment, and environmental conditions. Requires extended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, pulling, lifting and repetitive motions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Pay:
$24.95 - $30.04 per hour
