As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of our hotel's mechanical and electrical systems, as well as managing preventive maintenance schedules. Qualifications- Experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment.
- HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.
- Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
- Certification in pool operation preferred.
- Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Preventive maintenance background preferred.
- Read, write and understand English.
