Lake Mary, FL Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Play a critical role in keeping facility operations running safely and efficiently when you become a Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing company. In this hands-on position, you will perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, facility upkeep, and routine inspections while working closely with production and management teams to minimize downtime and maintain a safe, organized workplace.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and service manufacturing equipment including lasers, press brakes, punch presses, welding units, and related machinery. Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on machinery, facility equipment, and building systems while maintaining accurate service and work-order records. Complete general facility repairs involving plumbing, electrical fixtures, drywall, painting, carpentry, doors, locks, lighting, and other building components. Maintain and repair warehouse equipment, carts, shelving, racks, work areas, and other facility-related equipment. Maintain clean, safe, and organized shop, warehouse, storage, exterior, and common areas while assisting with materials, supplies, and equipment as needed. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other authorized equipment while following PPE, lockout/tagout, manufacturer, and company safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in building maintenance, warehouse maintenance, facilities, construction, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general mechanical repairs. Ability to troubleshoot routine equipment, building, and facility maintenance issues. Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and work instructions while prioritizing work orders effectively. Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
