In this energetic role, you will take charge of a wide range of repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. Your hands-on expertise will help keep our spaces in top condition, supporting our commitment to excellence and operational smoothness. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across the facility, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues early and address them promptly to prevent larger problems. Install, assemble, or repair fixtures, furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed. Respond quickly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of completed repairs, inspections, and ongoing maintenance projects. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes to promote a secure environment. Assist with special projects such as remodeling or space upgrades to enhance facility functionality. Skills Proven experience in general maintenance person duties with a broad skill set in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting on maintenance activities. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of safety protocols and building regulations relevant to maintenance work. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and effectively.
