We are looking for an experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technician to become part of our subcontractor team. If you're dependable, professional, and have your own equipment, we have steady opportunities available. Job Responsibilities Perform residential air duct cleanings Clean supply and return vents Maintain a clean and professional work environment Communicate professionally with residents, homeowners, and property management staff Take before and after photos when requested Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently Requirements ✔ Previous air duct cleaning experience ✔ Must own and maintain your own air duct cleaning equipment ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Smartphone for receiving work orders and communication ✔ Ability to work independently ✔ Professional appearance and customer service skills ✔ Must be dependable and punctual Pay We work with several apartment communities throughout South Florida. Apartment Community Jobs Pay ranges from $175-$400 per job , depending on the number of vents and the scope of work. Residential & Private Client Jobs We also service individual homeowners. These projects often pay higher , depending on the size and complexity of the job.
