Floor Technician Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older 2+ years of experience as a floor technician Experience with buffing, stripping, and waxing floors Experience in carpet care and cleaning Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly Valid driver's license required Job Duties As a Floor Technician, cleaning and floor care will be your primary responsibilities.

Duties include:
