Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Cleaner and become the essential force behind sparkling, safe, and well-maintained swimming pools. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring pools are clean, chemically balanced, and functioning optimally. Your expertise will help create a refreshing oasis for our clients, delivering top-tier service with enthusiasm and precision. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in pool maintenance and equipment repair while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Once training is completed 2-4 week period you will be given a raise to $800 per week with a company vehicle for you to take home. Duties Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls and floors to maintain pristine conditions Conduct regular water testing to ensure proper chemical balance and adjust treatments as needed for safety and clarity Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues with pool systems; coordinate repairs or replacements to minimize downtime Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, chemical treatments, equipment repairs, and safety inspections Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment for yourself and clients Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures for pools as required Qualifications Experience using hand tools and power tools for routine repairs and adjustments Service technician experience or background in maintenance roles is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build expertise in pool care while providing exceptional service.
