Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting, and carpentry work
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address issues in a timely manner
• Conduct inspections and identify potential problems or hazards
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, appliances, or fixtures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns promptly

Experience:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques for plumbing, painting, and carpentry work
• Ability to fabricate or modify parts as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
