About the Opportunity All In Builders Handyman LLC is looking for a reliable, skilled handyman/painter to contract for an upcoming residential exterior painting project in the Naples area. This position is ideal for someone experienced in painting and general residential construction who takes pride in their work and wants the opportunity to continue working with us on future handyman, painting, and home improvement projects. What You'll Be Doing Exterior residential painting Surface preparation, scraping, sanding, caulking and masking Rolling, brushing and spraying when appropriate Painting siding, trim, doors and other exterior surfaces Pressure washing/prep as needed Minor repairs and general handyman work Maintaining a clean and organized work area Protecting landscaping, windows, fixtures and finished surfaces Following job-site safety procedures Completing quality work according to project specifications What We're Looking For Previous professional painting experience required General handyman/construction experience preferred Ability to perform quality prep work Reliable and dependable Good attention to detail Professional attitude and appearance Able to work independently and as part of a team Own basic hand tools and painting equipment preferred Reliable transportation Comfortable working on ladders and around residential job sites Contract Details Independent contractor / project-based Initial project: Residential exterior painting Naples / Collier County area Potential for additional projects after successful completion Compensation based on experience, skills and project scope Why Work With Us?
