We are seeking a reliable, experienced full-time General Handyman to assist with ongoing maintenance and repairs. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling a wide variety of maintenance and repair projects and can work independently, troubleshoot minor issues, and complete work neatly and professionally. Responsibilities Work may include general maintenance and repairs such as:

• Minor plumbing repairs and fixture maintenance
• Light fixture, bulb, switch, and basic electrical-related maintenance
• Painting, patching, caulking, and cosmetic touch-ups
• Basic carpentry, trim, molding, and hardware repairs
• Hanging, mounting, adjusting, and securing fixtures and items
• Door, cabinet, and hardware adjustments
• Exterior maintenance and minor repairs
• General troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Working with ladders, high ceilings, and hard-to-reach fixtures
• Identifying maintenance issues and recommending appropriate repairs
• Other general handyman and property-maintenance projects as needed Qualifications
• Previous handyman, property maintenance, construction, or similar experience
• Broad knowledge of common repairs and maintenance
• Comfortable using standard hand and power tools
• Able to safely use ladders and work at varying heights
• Able to troubleshoot problems and determine practical repair solutions
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently from a provided task list
• Takes pride in completing work properly and leaving work areas clean
• Reliable transportation required
• Must communicate clearly regarding materials needed, work completed, and any issues discovered
• Experience maintaining high-end properties is a plus

Position Full-Time Schedule:
