Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician and become a vital part of maintaining pristine, safe, and inviting swimming environments. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and cleanliness of swimming pools, spas, and related equipment. Your expertise will help create enjoyable outdoor experiences for clients while adhering to safety standards and environmental best practices. This position offers an engaging outdoor work environment where your technical skills and attention to detail will shine. Must have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and professional appearance. We're hiring a dependable, experienced Pool cleaner to join our team. What you'll do: Clean residential pools (skim, brush, and vacuum) Monday thru Thursday early morning routes 6am tom 6:30am Start time Check skimmer baskets, water levels, and chemicals (training included) Enter quick route notes (training included) What we're looking for: Be a Nice Person Experienced, Reliable, Honest, and hardworking ethics Valid driver's license Can drive a truck ,maybe with trailer Comfortable working outdoors who can handle the heat this is Florida Speak English only No Felons Real people with Heart to work Knows How to add chemicals to the pool or spa a plus Who wants to work with no Bullshit No Apps use old school way to do pools
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional pool cleaning experience required
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to communicate effectively with customers and the office
- Able to work Monday outdoors through Friday in Florida's summer heat and weather conditions
- Able to lift 40+ pounds (including salt bags and equipment)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
