401(k) Employee discounts Paid time off Bonus based on performance Company car Competitive salary We are seeking a skilled Pool Technician to join our team at Pinch A Penny in North Palm Beach. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing our customers' pool experiences by providing top-notch service and expertise. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering quality pool care and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform thorough pool cleaning services to ensure optimal water quality. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients. Identify pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators, that are in need of repair. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool, including chemical balances and services performed. Adhere to safety protocols while working with chemicals and equipment in various weather conditions. Experience Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing is preferred. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of service quality. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Physical and Other Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. No DUI/Driving Tickets in prior 5 Years Must have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to lift 40 pounds repetitively and often. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Must have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.
