Monitor and adjust pool chemistry by balancing chemicals such as chlorine, pH levels, alkalinity, and stabilizers to ensure safe water quality. Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and plumbing systems to identify issues early. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper procedures for storage, mixing, and application to maintain compliance with safety standards. Conduct water treatment chemical handling with precision to maintain optimal water clarity and safety standards. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site visits and client service calls while adhering to all safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and pool chemistry status. Maintain detailed records of service visits, chemical usage, repairs performed, and equipment inspections for accountability and reporting purposes. Skills Strong understanding of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components essential for troubleshooting. Knowledge of pool maintenance practices including cleaning techniques and equipment upkeep. Experience with aquatic facility operations or similar outdoor work environments is highly desirable. Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately balance pool chemistry. Excellent customer service skills to address client needs professionally and courteously. Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling regulations ensures compliance with safety standards. Mechanical knowledge that supports diagnosing issues with pool systems efficiently.
