What You Will Do:
Perform preventive maintenance, work orders, and repair projects across corporate facilities and grounds Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Complete basic plumbing repairs including toilets, sinks, showers, faucets, and drains Diagnose and resolve electrical issues such as breakers, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and GFCIs Repair and maintain walls, drywall, paint, ceiling finishes, cabinetry, and moldings Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and scaffolding Use maintenance software (e.g., HotSOS ) to track work orders and updates Maintain proper inventory, tools, and materials following company procedures Identify safety risks and follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve facility issues Work independently with minimal supervision and support team initiatives Support special projects, emergency repairs, and after-hours or weekend work as needed Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in commercial, corporate, hospitality, or resort environments Strong working knowledge of: HVAC systems Electrical systems Plumbing systems Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair building systems efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use) High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training or certifications preferred) Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying conditions Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Technical training or certification in Facilities Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing Experience in a resort, hotel, or large commercial property environment Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems or CMMS software Work Environment & Requirements Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends Must follow all company policies and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as required Additional Information Why Westgate?
