POSITION IS OFFERED BY A NO FEE STAFFING AGENCY HOA
offering a PT role to perform maintenance on high-end condominium properties.
Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years of age due to insurance requirements. Must be able to communicate professionally in English to perform the essential functions of the position. Must be available 20 hours per week with the possibility of overtime. Ability to perform general maintenance, keep pool deck area clean and blown off, use power washer to maintain common areas, maintain safe, clean area for residents, light cleaning in common areas. Valid Florida Drivers license and ability to get to job site. Ability to be reliable and punctual. Ability to work unsupervised as needed with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain clean, organized and safe worksites at all times. Ability to grow with company and take on new job related tasks as required.
