Opens a new window. •This role is presented by a third-party, no fee to candidate agency• Seeking a PT Maintenance worker for an upscale HOA condo association. This role will be 20 hours with possible overtime occasionally. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-12:00 or 10:00-2:00 Will need reliable transportation to and from jobsite.

Responsibilities:

Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc. Perform maintenance and light repairs Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.) Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs Identify and report the need for major repairs Painting as needed Leaf blowing Pressure washing as needed

Skills:

Proven experience as handyman Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Basic math skills Good communication ability to relate to residents Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent
