We handle the products, deliveries, materials, scheduling, and administrative support. What We're Looking For At least three years of impact window and door installation experience or equivalent skilled carpentry experience Experience with stucco repair, drywall, and finishing compound Ability to properly install, secure, seal, finish, and protect impact windows and doors Ability to troubleshoot field conditions and find practical, professional solutions Strong attention to detail and pride in the finished product Ability to read and understand Engineering details and NOAs Professional communication with homeowners, project managers, and coworkers Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently Commitment to jobsite cleanliness and customer property protection Strong safety habits involving ladders, scaffolding, fall protection, power tools, weather conditions, and proper lifting Ability to lift more than 50 pounds Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Your own installation tools Our projects are located throughout South Florida, from the Homestead to West Palm Beach.
