SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in general building maintenance
- Experience in outside building maintenance
- Ability to use a computer, experience using Microsoft
- Must have a Valid Driver's License Skill Required / Desired Years of Experience Ability to speak and understand English Required Experience in general building maintenance/repair, washing windows, sweeping mopping, taking out trash Required 1 Experience in general plumbing maintenance/repair, changing fixtures, addressing blocked toilets Required 1 Experience in HVAC maintenance/repair, changing filters, flushing lines Required 1 Experience in electrical maintenance/repair, changing light switches, bulbs, trouble shooting Required 1 Experience in renovations, patching holes, caulking, painting Required 1 Experience using general lawn maintenance equipment, including climbing a ladder, using trimmers and mowing, chain saws Required 1 Experience in vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids, washing, properly inflating tire pressures Required 1 Can your candidate answer "yes" to all questions below?
