Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Swimming Pool Service, Repair, and Equipment Installation Technician! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing a wide range of pool equipment and systems at aquatic facilities. Your expertise will ensure that pools operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, providing exceptional service to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills, water chemistry knowledge, and outdoor work experience in a fast-paced environment dedicated to aquatic excellence. Duties Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and plumbing systems Install new pool equipment and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance and safety Conduct water treatment chemical handling to balance pool chemistry and ensure water quality standards are met Diagnose mechanical issues using hand tools and power tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and safety documentation for each job performed Inspect pools for cleanliness and safety compliance; perform cleaning tasks such as skimming, vacuuming, and brushing as needed Operate company vehicles responsibly while traveling to various job sites; adhere to all safety protocols during outdoor work activities Experience Proven experience with pool maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and repairs in an aquatic facility setting or similar environment Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and water treatment processes Familiarity with chemical agent handling and pool chemistry balancing techniques Hands-on experience with pool cleaning procedures and equipment repair/maintenance tasks Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in outdoor work conditions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about technical issues and solutions Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly; outdoor work experience preferred Join us in delivering top-tier pool service by combining your technical expertise with a passion for outdoor work!
