Job Description

Full Time:
From 5:30 am to 1:30 pm Monday - Saturday, Some Sundays availability. AFTER (3)
MONTHS YOUR SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED BY YOUR EFFORT, OPTIONS, FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT, SCHOOLING AND SUPERVISORY POSITION.
Lexington Pools and Maintenance is looking for dependable, hardworking team members who take pride in keeping pools spotless, safe, and running smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow - not just a "gig". If you are serious about showing up on time, working hard, and doing things right the first time, we want to meet you.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Clean and vacuum commercial/residential pools Test water, check and adjust chemical levels for the pool, daily Skim debris, brush walls and tiles, empty skimmer baskets on a daily basis Inspect and report equipment issues keep records of service visits (HDS pool log) Clean and maintain the pool pumps and filters (back wash). Report to pool-related work orders and service calls in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Operates and inspects tools and equipment and makes minor adjustments and repairs Operates vehicles to transport various types of materials and equipment Logging on our app and reporting equipment faults or water quality problems to managers Be polite and respectful with customers
REQUIREMENTS
Highschool or Equivalent Personal Smartphone to use accordingly job specifications Must be responsible (show up 5 days a week or according to the schedule including weekends if applicable, no excuses) Strong attention to details (we are not looking for sloppy work) Valid driver's license & clean record Comfortable working outside Florida Weather Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work Honest and reliable Willing to learn and follow instructions well groomed.

Have pool experience or CPO certification Speak English and Spanish Have worked in other outdoor jobs
