Job Description

Overview We are looking for an organized, productive, capable, trustworthy, and self-sufficient technician to handle a wide range of property, vehicle, and equipment maintenance tasks. This role is ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule working on a variety of tasks with their hands as a 1099. You must be productive by nature, organized, neat, mechanically inclined and experienced, resourceful, and capable of learning using your phone and the internet if needed . You must take pride in getting things done properly and efficiently without hand-holding. Core Responsibilities Property & Grounds Landscaping, mowing, trimming, edging Weed control, bush management Blowing driveways, walkways, and outdoor areas Paver maintenance Pool & Water Systems Pool sweeping and water testing Identify required chemicals Basic pool equipment maintenance Water softener checks and maintenance Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance Oil changes and fluid services (motorcycles, cars, trucks, mowers, tractors) Tire changes (dirt bikes and street bikes) Repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance Diagnose issues and recommend solutions Mechanical / Technical Work Potential electrical work (vehicle, home, equipment) Potential plumbing repairs and troubleshooting if able Potential HVAC maintenance (filters, drain lines, basic diagnostics) Use of multimeter and diagnostic tools Motorsports & Transport Load/unload motorcycles and other vehicles safely Proper use of ratchet straps and tie-down systems Potential trailer driving and maneuvering General Tasks Order parts using diagrams and online resources Use YouTube, manuals, and AI tools to troubleshoot and complete tasks if needed Run occasional errands as needed Maintain organization of tools and clean workspace Requirements Honest and trustworthy Respectful Mechanical aptitude Experience with tools, chemicals, and equipment Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Must be efficient, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Extras Prior experience Familiarity with ordering parts and reading diagrams Welding experience Own a truck Ability to safely operate and tow a trailer Work Style Expectations Moves quickly and works through a list with purpose Treats tools, equipment, and property with care Identifies problems before being told Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks How to Apply Provide a brief summary of your experience, tools you own, and types of work you are most confident handling. Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
