Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will utilize their skills and knowledge of building maintenance principles and methods. Responsibilities include changing light fixtures, filter changes, maintaining the grounds (including trash pick-up) and common areas. Additional responsibilities may include lock repairs, install/repair window coverings, caulking, electrical power usage, light plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and HVAC. The Maintenance Technician will have basic skills in using tools such as electric drills & saws, volt meter, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders, etc.
