Job Description
Pool Repair & Remodeling Specialist Position Overview Sea Breeze Pools is seeking an experienced Pool Repair & Remodeling Specialist to diagnose, repair, replace, and install swimming pool equipment while also evaluating and quoting pool remodeling projects. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer communication, and the ability to prepare accurate repair and remodeling estimates. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment and system issues. Repair and install pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, lighting, and related equipment. Perform on-site inspections and recommend repair, replacement, and upgrade options. Prepare accurate repair estimates and equipment replacement proposals. Evaluate and quote pool remodeling projects, including: Pool resurfacing Tile and coping Concrete pool decks Paver decks Equipment and system upgrades Take measurements, photos, and job-site notes needed for accurate proposals. Present repair and remodeling options to customers. Follow up on estimates and assist with converting approved quotes into completed projects. Complete repair documentation and job notes. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory. Provide professional communication and outstanding customer service. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of pool repair experience preferred . Strong knowledge of Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy equipment. Experience with pumps, heaters, automation, salt systems, lighting, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience preparing repair estimates and communicating solutions to customers. Pool remodeling and estimating experience preferred. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
