Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on professional with leadership skills who can coordinate and supervise installation crews while also handling minor repairs and corrections in the field. This position is approximately 60% field coordination/supervision and 40% hands-on work. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise window and door installation crews. Visit job sites and verify quality and completion of work. Identify and resolve installation issues and punch-list items. Perform minor repairs and adjustments when necessary. Coordinate service and warranty calls. Communicate professionally with customers and installers. Take job-site photos and send reports to the office. Verify materials and identify missing or damaged items. Follow up on unfinished work and inspections. Report problems, delays, and quality issues to management. Help coordinate daily field schedules. Requirements 3+ years of experience in handyman, construction, remodeling, maintenance, or installation work. Experience supervising or coordinating workers is preferred. Good knowledge of tools and general home repairs. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Smartphone and ability to use WhatsApp and send photos/reports. English and Spanish bilingualism Excellent customer-service skills. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, technically skilled, and comfortable leading people. You should be able to inspect a job, identify what is wrong, communicate clearly with the crew, and personally resolve minor problems when appropriate.
