We're looking for a true "Swiss Army Knife" maintenance professional who can confidently tackle a variety of maintenance challenges throughout our community. On-Call Rotation This position participates in our maintenance on-call program. Maintenance team members rotate on-call responsibilities, which generally results in being on call for approximately one week per month . Candidates must be willing and able to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies when assigned to the on-call schedule.
