The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of maintenance skills and be able to perform various tasks related to home repairs, renovations, and general upkeep. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and plumbing fixes. Conduct minor electrical repairs and installations, including outlets and light fixtures. Assemble furniture and equipment as needed. Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized after completing tasks. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus. Must have his own tools. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
