RESPONSIBILITIES

(Not Limited): Maintain the upkeep of the property. Maintaining Guest Room, Landscaping, Trash, etc.

Repairs requiring:

sheetrock repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general building maintenance. Perform all other duties as assigned and be able to multi-task.

Requirements:

Must be able to stay at the hotel. Applicants must have experience with sheetrock repair, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance. Ability to handle emergencies and troubleshoot issues independently is essential. Must possess strong skills and abilities in various maintenance tasks, as the position requires minimal supervision. Reliability is crucial; the position may involve unpredictable hours, with the expectation of being available 99% of the time for emergencies or necessary repairs. Applicants should be capable of teaching others and managing tasks without constant assistance. Housekeeping tasks may be required, and their completion will be appreciated. Flexibility with working hours is needed, potentially more than one or two hours each day depending on workload.
