Cumming Health & Rehab is currently seeking a Full-time Floor Technician. Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm. Every other weekend required.

Duties and Requirements :

Maintains the floors in the facility including cleaning, stripping, waxing and buffing floors. Must be experienced operating floor cleaning & buffing machinery. Keeps equipment clean and in proper working condition. Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout the facility. Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times. Ensures the use of chemicals and other cleaning supplies is used in a safe and proper manner. Removes any trash or spills on floors. Must be able to work in a team environment.

Requirements & Skills:

High School diploma or

G.E.D. MUST

have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a floor technician with experience buffing, stripping floors, waxing floors. Experience in a Long-Term Care facility or other medical facility is a plus.
