The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and cleaning, with high moral values and a positive team centric attitude. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of pools to assess water quality and equipment functionality. Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning pool surfaces, skimming debris, and vacuuming. Test water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed to maintain balanced water conditions. Perform pool visits with the highest quality possible, following the standard procedures of the company. Trustworthy and desire to grow with a company to reach company and personal goals. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding pool maintenance. Document service visits and report any significant issues or repairs needed to management. Requirements Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is required. Clean driving record and ability to maintain safe driving skills at all times. Great friendly attitude and desire to grow with a company to higher job duties. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while on service calls. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting equipment and standing for extended periods.
