Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool & Spa Technician and become a vital part of maintaining pristine, safe, and inviting aquatic environments. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all pool systems operate smoothly, water chemistry remains balanced, and equipment functions optimally. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional aquatic experiences for our clients and uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of pool and spa plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and other equipment to ensure optimal operation. Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to balance pool and spa chemistry and maintain water clarity and safety. Troubleshoot and repair pool and spa equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. Conduct thorough cleaning of pools and spas , including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and maintaining surrounding areas. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs, adjustments, and routine maintenance tasks. Document all maintenance activities, chemical treatments, repairs, and inspections clearly in logs for compliance and quality assurance. Experience Prior experience working with pool and spa maintenance or in an aquatic facility environment is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool and spa plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and water treatment equipment. Familiarity with chemical agent handling, including water treatment chemicals such as chlorine or pH adjusters. Proven ability to troubleshoot pool and spa equipment issues efficiently and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients regarding pool and spa care needs. Outdoor work experience is essential; comfort working in varying weather conditions is required.
