• Eligible for employment in the US
• Must have one of the following: o One (1) year experience in any of the following

Maintenance Skill Areas:

MILLWRIGHT, MACHINIST, LUBRICATION, WELDING, AUTOMOTIVE

MAINTENANCE, or

PIPEFITTING

; OR o One (1) year vocational/technical education in the

Maintenance Disciplines:

MILLWRIGHT, MACHINIST, LUBRICATION, WELDING, AUTOMOTIVE

• Must be willing to meet the following requirements: o Work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, elevated working surfaces, and confined spaces (with proper safety training and safety protection) o Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment o Undergo a job-related health assessment as a condition of employment o Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment o Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule o Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification o Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis o Wear required safety equipment Edit highlighted areas only.

• Associates degree or certification(s) in any IP Core Maintenance Skills or related disciplines (Millwright, Machinist, Lubrication, Welding, Automotive Maintenance, or Pipefitting)
• Relevant work experience in an industrial environment.
• Technical knowledge and experience with: o Pump repair and replacement o Repacking pumps and valves o Rigging o Repairing mechanical drive systems, rotating assemblies o Bearing installation, maintenance, and replacement o Replacing motors, valves, and gaskets o Replacing and repairing cylinders o Production machine/equipment maintenance o Rotating equipment o Reading and interpreting blueprints, tables, graphs, and diagrams o Industrial safety procedures and equipment o Gear reducers o Oil seals o Basic welding o Forklift operation o Gears o Roll repair and replacement o Hydraulics/Pneumatics o Knowledge of mobile equipment o Product moving systems o Installing screw pipe and tubing o Steel fabrication o Pipefitting o Maintenance-related computers and software o Facility maintenance and repairs o Servicing vehicles
